**Business Development Executive**

Location: Singapore

Type: Remote

We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Business Development Manager to join Matterbay. Working with a talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and make an impact. In this role you will be responsible for creating the strategy and a pipeline of qualified leads for Matterbay, and close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.

You will do this by building strong and effective relationships with customers and will be guided by the long term growth of your portfolio. You will also be an early member of the company with the potential to massively accelerate your career scope and outcomes in line with the exponential company growth.

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self motivated and people-oriented individuals to build client centric relationships.
- 2+ years of experience working in sales and business development in a startup environment.
- Strong ability to articulate, educate and sell the business value to businesses of all sizes
- Outstanding communication skills including both phone and written communication as well as active listening
- Prior experience working with vendor based outsourcing deals will be a plus

This is a remote position. However, we require applicants to reside in-market. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

We will offer comprehensive benefits and attractive remuneration that will include basic salary, commission and other incentives such as a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
