Admin Operations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Issue Delivery Order and Invoice after confirmation of sales quote
- Filling of invoices and all related documents
- Data entry
- Assist with daily operational requirements
- Assist in arranging import & export shipments - preparing shipping documents, liaising with forwarders and courier companies
- Monitoring goods movement and stock levels
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Initiative, willingness to learn, self-discipline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized, meticulous and observant to details, especially to numbers when dealing with invoice and payment matters
- Good with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Accounting background preferred.
- Individuals with no experience are also welcome to apply, training will be provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
