About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Admin Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Graphic Printers Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage and maintain detailed client records and sales documentation
2. Assist with processing orders, invoices and other administrative tasks
3. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed
4. Support the sales team with various administrative duties
5. Help organise and maintain the office environment
6. Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects as required
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally within the printing or graphic design industry
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in using MS Office suite and other office software
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
