Salary: S$13.53/hr
Working Hours: Every Tuesday & Thursday, 1:00 PM – 4:10 PM (includes 10-min unpaid break from 3:00–3:10 PM)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Admin to support HR and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, covering HR processes, compliance, and general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Recruitment Support
- Assist with recruitment coordination: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and preparing offer letters
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes: document preparation, briefings, system access, and clearance procedures
- Maintain accurate personnel records and employee files in line with company policies and data protection requirements
- Facilitate employee briefings, including handbook acknowledgment, confidentiality agreements, and contract signings
HR Compliance & Training
- Manage work pass renewals and accompany employees to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when needed
- Coordinate mandatory safety and other training programs
- Prepare HR and administrative reports, including statutory compliance submissions
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support coordination of employee engagement and welfare activities (e.g., company events)
Administrative Support
- Arrange hotel bookings and order office supplies
- Maintain and update HR/admin systems for employee movements (Timesoft, Efrontier, MHC, Bizphone, Mobile Clock)
- Assist with research, presentations, and project execution
- Provide coverage during Senior Supervisor absence
- Perform other ad-hoc HR or administrative tasks as assigned
