Job Description
As an intern with the Payroll team, you will assist with the year-end payroll activities.
Responsibilities- Assist in performing the adjustments for No Pay Leave tabulation- Support the team in preparing letters on the HR System (Workday)- Be the point of contact to inform stakeholders on their leave proration matters, when required- Assist in Year End Income Tax Checks and Verification for Payroll Vendors- Support the team with various sustainability reports- Update the department’s SOPs when necessary- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately- Detail-oriented and meticulous
