**Job Description
- Reporting to the Director, HR Shared Services, key roles and responsibilities as follows:
- Supports Director, HR Shared Services to formulate all operational matters for HR Shared Services (including compliance of policies and standards to regulatory and legal requirements and monitoring of company-wide HR initiatives)
- Provide expertise to grow and enhance the HR Shared Services Center
- Passionate about leading and driving processes improvement and innovation
- Supports corporate governance to ensure HRSS implementation is consistently applied across the organization
- Monitor and ensure execution of all governance, controls and policies focusing on HR administration
- Execute data administration and deliver applicable services to employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of HR Services team, which is the administration arm of the HR Shared Services
- Responsible for the management of the central document/knowledge repository on policy and relevant standards and methodologies as well as key corporate policies related to HR Administration
- Facilitate business improvement initiatives across HR Shared Services to align activities with business objectives, particularly in regard to process improvement
- As required, to support projects by providing process and administration leadership in HR data integration and HR Shared Services harmonization with new businesses/entities
- Responsible for developing strategies reports, dashboards, analytics solutions to meet the business/functional needs and overall strategic direction
- Design and deliver HR reports and create standardized dashboard analytics
- Effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and usable information, and to present to senior business leaders in a logical, concise manner
- Foster teamwork, coach and provide effective feedback within HRSS team
- Guide HRSS team to analyze and resolve complex, customer challenges
- Manage and optimize team operational performance, results and efficiencies
- Subject matter expert and go-to person for all HR system related matters
- Manage all activities and projects involving HR systems and digitalization that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal processes
- Manage relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes, managing incident reports and issues
**Experience Requirements
- Relevant experiences in HR Systems, Employee Administration, HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or HR Information Systems role
- Innovative, experienced in data analysis and resolving problems using tech solutions
- Excellent knowledge of core HR processes and procedures, with a drive for efficiency and a service mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access or SQL preferred.
- Knowledge in key data structures of HR Systems preferred.
**Educational Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or above, in related field
- Preferably within areas of Human Resources or Information Technology.
**Other Requirements
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM will be advantageous
