**Experience in using Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software**:
- **IHRP certified**:
- **Experience in HR Shared Service function**
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining strong relations with business unit to effectively perform the HR functions
- Assist the VP HR in overall manpower planning and audit of operations of the business unit
- Establish clear performance standards with accountability and responsibility for the team
- Review and implement existing HR policies to ensure compliance to current legislations
- Develop and review processing workflows and procedures to achieve organizational/ business objectives
- Prepare and provide monthly updates on business unit's manpower resource/ manning and data reports
- Consult and escalate all non-resolved HR issues to VP HR
- Any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the management
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years managing a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in **Unit4 Prosoft HRMS** will be most advantageous
- **IHRP certified** will have added advantage
