CHANNEL MANAGER APAC (SG)

Our Chief Executive Officer, Juraj Sabatka, is the EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 in the Czech Republic.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our team and drive growth of IDEA StatiCa's reseller network in the Asia and Pacific region. As the **Channel Manager**, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new resellers, as well as developing and managing relationships with existing resellers to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop and execute a channel strategy for IDEA StatiCa, mainly in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong
- Identify and recruit potential new resellers that align with IDEA StatiCa's business objectives and target markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, providing training, support, and resources to help them successfully sell and market IDEA StatiCa solutions
- Drive revenue growth and market share by working closely with resellers to identify and close new business opportunities
- Be accountable for company business results in the given territories
- Monitor market trends and competition and provide feedback to product development teams to improve product offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Cooperate with the marketing team to define and execute effective marketing campaigns and activities
- Prepare accurate business forecast

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel management or business development, preferably in the construction software or engineering industry
- University degree in Civil / Structural engineering
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing channel partners in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated to fit quickly into a progressive tech company
- Willingness to travel frequently (30-50%) throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to other countries
- Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
