An exciting opportunity to join us as our SketchUp APAC Regional Channel Development Manager.
**What You Will Do**
You’ll become a member of the Trimble SketchUp APAC Channel Team covering APAC’s Architecture, Engineering and Construction Markets through a regional sales channel. You’ll make the most of your existing knowledge, skills and positive attitude to develop Trimble’s SketchUp distributors/resellers channel in APAC, grow the sales pipeline via coaching distributors/resellers to drive quality demand generation/marketing plans, and manage product marketing/promotions/campaign messaging to users. Additionally you will:
- Develop the strategy and workflow process with our partners, helping them to execute these plans resulting in an increase of the overall growth of partners contribution to the revenue
- Develop channel development plans with each partners and regular follow up on their execution and ROI
- Pipeline growth forecasting and ROI accountability of MDF spend
- Building local policies and implementation of SketchUp’s Channel development local policies
- Instill a formal process and discipline of partner on-time submission of MDF requests, execution and reporting of ROI post execution
- Develop an enablement roadmap to buildup partners competence in both sales and technical knowledge
- Participate in cadence call with region leads to update on progress of channel development
- Participate in distributors QBRs & cadence call to ensure alignment of channel development plan to support region sales strategy and growth plan
- Participate in global weekly/bi-weekly call to align on global marketing messages, programs and communications
**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**
- Significant years of experience in managing partners
- Proven abilities to drive demand creation and grow pipeline either direct or via partners
- Channel sales management experience with some exposure to SaaS
- Strong negotiations and influencing skills
- Proven experience of channel development and sales experience in APAC, whether in vendors or distributors environment
- Existing relationships with resellers in the AEC or ICT/IT industry will be ideal to help open up new channel partnering opportunities.
- Experience/knowledge of CAD, 3D BIM software, construction workflows would be useful but not essential
- Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.
**Information About Your Location**
You will work from our Singapore HarbourFront office location. Expected travel (20-30%) across mainly APAC countries. You should therefore be willing and able to travel (Driver’s license and valid passport is required).
