You will guide a team that is at the core of the HR organization and will be responsible for setting solid foundational standards that will amplify the employee experience and reflect our purpose and values. Reporting to the VP HR APAC, you will be responsible for defining, designing and improving efficiency where needed across the following areas while partnering with the HR Business Partners:

- Supervise and organise a team responsible for handling the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, learning & development, off-boarding)
- Build solid partnerships with HRBPs and Global COE.
- Play a client/business facing role in partnership with the HRBP team, in building good employee connections that show up in the employee experience and overall engagement.
- Lead project work on the enhancement of the employee experience and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including process improvements, automation, and data & insights.
- Leverage data and insights from various tools and dashboards (plus observations) and share these with relevant stakeholders to make data driven people decisions.
- Contribute to priorities for the team and roadmap in a direction enables the function and the business.
- Coach, mentor and guide the career development of direct reports.
- Partner with HRIS and Finance teams providing input on business process, audits, reporting, and new requirements
- Train team members on new technology and process updates
- Accountable for end to end payroll including business continuity management and reporting.

You an experienced HR professional with expertise in influencing business managers as well keeping up with trends and practices in various HR-related matters. This Manager works with a wide range of business and HR executives inside the Company.
- Work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role with at least 3-5yrs of team lead experience.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and employee obligations in Singapore
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Comfortable navigating total reward activities, which include C&B programs, L&D and Engagement activities together with related vendor management.
- Experience with developing clear and progressive company policies and HR processes that positively impact the employee experience.
- End to end Payroll processing, costing, forecast, accruals and budget management
- HR Audit and payroll reporting experience.
