Intern - Customer Service

As a Customer Service Intern, you will provide back-end support to the Customer Service team by liaising with the warehouse to clarify product packaging-related queries. You will assist in data maintenance and clean-up of product packaging information to ensure smooth picking and packing processes. Additionally, you will facilitate sales and service order processing and coordinate local deliveries through third-party courier services to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
**What you will do**:
- Data maintenance and clean-up of product's packaging items to facilitate warehouse in picking and packing
- Data maintenance to facilitate sales and service order processing
- Back-end support to Customer Service team (eg., document archiving, sorting of incoming packages, co-ordinate local deliveries via 3rd party courier service).
**What you bring**:
- Experience_
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Interest in back-end operations
- Meticulous and organized.
