**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Country General Manager will oversee operations, strategic planning, and continued expansion of the global brand's service residences and hotel brands in the country
- The role includes managing both the company's own properties and those of third-party owners
- The Country General Manager will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational and brand standards while pursuing the company's growth strategy
- Asset management strategies will be devised to maximize the value of assets and optimize income
- Qualifications for the role include previous corporate management experience and a proven record of effective team management and results-driven leadership
- The Country General Manager will oversee all management operations in the country, increase brand market share, and meet sales and profit expectations
- Operational oversight will be provided for business development, operational processes, procedures, brand standards, and other property functions while utilizing technology
- New development opportunities will be sought out in the region in accordance with the approved business plan
- The hospitality community will be engaged to support and promote future business growth
- Thorough assessments will be conducted on management opportunities, evaluating financial impact, business acumen, and credibility of potential business partners
- The Country General Manager will drive understanding and implementation of the brand identity system and monitor financial reports for compliance with corporate governance
- Both internal and external stakeholders will be engaged regularly to understand opportunities, challenges, and calibrate business plans and strategies
- Existing property owners will be interacted with to maintain engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Capabilities will be developed, and a talent pipeline will be built to ensure success and growth of the business
- A culture and mindset of continuous improvement and service excellence will be fostered to provide best-in-class services and profitable outcomes for the business

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- A deep understanding of the local hospitality industry and culture is necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to promote the strengths of the brand.
