**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy**:Support efforts to build the overall MarTech strategy; integrating and configuring platforms, processes, templates, and best practices for global implementation.
- **Product evangelist**:Serve as super-user and product evangelist for all MarTech, enabling product marketing, performance marketing and field marketing teams with program support, workflow set-up and trainings to drive adoption.
- **Database optimisation and governance**:Build effective database administration, segmentation and cleansing strategies to achieve data integrity and best practices in data privacy.
- **Business process management**:Enhance and optimise the various business processes between relevant parties such as Marketing and Sales to ensure scalability of the processes in the MarTech implemented.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in implementing marketing technologies and/or campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong competency in project management approaches and principles with proven experience managing complex digital projects across multiple markets.Experience with using MAP / DAM / Webinar / CRM / CMS systems**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to translate between business needs and technical specifications to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
