Performance Marketing Manager - Strategy and MarTech Join to apply for the Performance Marketing Manager - Strategy and MarTech role at Traveloka It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doingOverview Role: Performance Marketing Manager - Strategy and MarTech Responsibilities Regional paid display and paid social audience strategy implementation across all markets Build best practices and guidance for local teams to push for standardization across all platforms Manage pixel / SDK implementation (Server to Server) with product and Engineering teams as required Analyze the consumer journey to build audience signals for targeting and retargeting across all platforms and products Collaborate with existing and new partners to drive growth and efficiency Regular audits of all platforms to identify issues and resolve them proactively Drive regional testing for continuous improvement of campaigns through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques Drive creative best practices, testing and granular segmentation for higher performance and relevance Lead conversations with the MarTech product team on signal-related and audience management topics Lead discussions with the Data team on attribution, dashboarding, measurement and predictive modeling topics Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in performance marketing Identify and implement new performance marketing channels and technologies Drive innovation within the performance marketing team by staying current with the latest trends in digital marketing Seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus Minimum 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with leadership experience Experience in managing and scaling performance marketing teams Experience articulating strategic issues and negotiating with senior leadership Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyze data and balance immediate value with long-term strategy Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills Data-savvy with proficiency in paid display and paid social channels Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.); GTM a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to product development or technical domains; basic coding skills a plus Leadership qualities: ability to inspire and lead a diverse team, think tactically and strategically, and make strong decisions Ability to adapt strategies to changing market trends and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs Other We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
