**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:

- 1. Oversee and manage full spectrum of Finance and Accounting functions
- and lead the Finance team
- 2. Maintain full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- 3. Prepare and present annual budget forecast for approval by Board
- Members
- 4. Responsible for funds & grants management
- 5. Responsible for preparation of regulatory submissions to government
- agencies (IRAS, NCSS, AIC etc.)
- 6. Manage Annual Audit
- 7. Establish and review internal processes and internal controls and ensure
- compliance with governance processes and requirements
- 8. Advise management in financial decision-making and systems
- development and improvement
- 9. Act as Liaison to the Board Members and Finance Committee
- 10. Perform other duties as required
- Job Requirements:

- Technical Competencies:
- Familiarity with Charity Accounting Standards (CAS) and accounting

practices is desirable- Good knowledge in fund and grant management is strongly preferred
- Preferably with knowledge of XERO accounting software and IT savvy

Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and problem-solving

skills- Self-motivated, meticulous and ability to multi task and meet tight

deadlines- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualification:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent,
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar qualifications will be advantageous
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial

capacity ideally in non-profit organisationsBenefits
