Annabella Patisserie established in 2014 from a small shared kitchen of 1-person operation unit to now a team of over 30 enthusiasts including the Founder, Ms. Annabella and also a team of experienced bakers and pastry chefs. We developed from a humble beginning to now a sizable company that provides the best macarons supplies to many 5-Star Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes etc.

Job Description
Finance & Accounting Executive
Objective: To provide hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations, exposing interns to real-world business processes in stock, sales, procurement, and reporting, while developing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting entries
- Record supplier invoices, customer payments, and petty cash transactions
- Support reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), and cash registers
Help prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Assist in issuing invoices and following up on payments
- Maintain accounts receivable aging reports
- Process supplier bills and ensure timely payments
Support vendor and customer account reconciliations
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Assist in preparing cost analysis for products and services
- Compile sales and expense reports for management review
- Track budget vs actual performance
Support productivity and profitability analysis
Stock & Inventory Control
Work with operations to reconcile stock movements with accounting records
- Assist in monthly and quarterly stocktakes
Record wastage, adjustments, and stock valuation reports
Compliance & Documentation
Help maintain proper filing of accounting documents (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparation for audits, GST submissions, and other statutory filings
Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures
Administrative Support
Support finance team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Assist in implementing digital finance tools or process improvements
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
- Understand full-cycle accounting processes from source documents to financial reports
- Gain experience in financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Learn how finance supports decision-making in a business
- Develop problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Gain exposure to stock, order, and productivity tracking in a commercial environment
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
