Supporting the Senior Account Executive, the Account Executive will work very closely to ensure up to date of Company account & financial related matters.
Job Description
- Responsible for a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, Bank reconciliation
- Perform daily accounting activities
- E-commerce platform sales reports reconciliation
- Revenue/Receipts reconciliation from POS to Bank
- Related Party billing and reconciliation
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Manage procurement and inventory
- Month End Closing
- Quarterly GST Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly Financial reports
- Year End Closing & Audit Schedule
- Able to liaise with auditors and relevant parties
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in accounting field
- Proficient in MS Office & ERP accounting software
- Meticulous, Independent and hardworking individual who is willing to learn
- Team player and positive working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
