- Ensure that the reception lobby and meeting rooms are well maintained.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to walk in visitors.
- Screening of incoming calls and ensuring calls are promptly answered in a clear, professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure that the reception lobby and meeting rooms are well maintained.
- Review meeting room calendar and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Mail management such as receiving incoming mails and preparing outgoing mails
- Coordinate internal dispatch and courier services.
- Source and work with vendors and suppliers on all enquiries & quotations.
- Coordinate with third party vendors
- Process purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt in SAP system for procurement of pantries and stationeries supplies.
- Verifying invoices to ensure costs are correct and rectify any mistakes in the invoicing amount.
- Assist in receiving and witnessing of tender submission to HQ
- Prepare month end reports
- Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
