Seeking for an Admin and Receptionist who has minimum 2 years of Front desk or Receptionist or Office Admin or Secretarial/Personal Assistant experience*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist
Greet customers/visitors/guests
Attend to their customers/visitors/guests’ request or queries
Manage meeting room calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mails
Deal with phone calls
Admin
Assist with admin work (Booking of airline tickets, hotel etc.)
Processing of staff claims
Ensure sufficient office supplies (stationeries, food, drinks etc.)
Deal with usage of office’s meeting rooms (Proper maintenance, scheduling of usage etc.)
Work closely with other departments
Other ad hoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or GCE ‘N’ level or NITEC, ITE in Office Administration or Diploma or any other relevant education etc.
Minimum 2 years of Office Admin and Receptionist or Secretarial/Personal Assistant experience
Highly organized, friendly, has good interpersonal and communication skills
