- We’re looking for a product manager and product manager team lead to:
- co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- actively contributing to agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- support pod OKRs (Objective and Key Results) and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality and compliance including non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability,...)
- act as people and development manager to other product managers in product suitability, be a mentor supporting growth and career progression
- connect team members to the wider UBS community, engage as thought and action leader beyond the borders of the crew

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Save, Protect and Grow my Investment team in Zurich, Hong Kong or Singapore focusing on delivering the highly automated product suitability investor protection to our clients around the world.
- Our crew comprises of over 140 colleagues in 7 locations, living, breathing diversity and innovation day to day.

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry, with particular knowledge in product suitability and/or regulatory automation
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- understanding of human-centered design in delivering best-in-class client experience
- strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency
- delivery focus and ability to coach other product managers to do the same
