Senior Specialist, Distribution Channels

Senior Executive: 3 - 5 years
**Summary**
We are searching for a highly independent and result orientated Specialist You will be part of the Distribution team and will be the key person supporting and coordinating all the NDC (New Distribution Capabilities) channel activities. You will work closely with our Sales team and industry partners to recommend the best solutions for the business ultimately driving the technical strategy, system maturity, and the overall success for the NDC channel.
The incumbent is expected to support the NDC channel from a technical front. (eg Upgrade enhancements, setup and configurations)
- Address queries and provide solutions.
- Build up and establish NDC knowledge base
- Work with various stakeholders both internally and externally on projects which involves the channel
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Aviation management or equivalent
- Prior experience in Travel industry, good knowledge of Airline services is an advatage.
- Experience in **Navitaire's New Skies Reservation System and NDC/API are advantageous.**
- High adaptability to change.
- High acumen for technology, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong innovative output and execution with resource constraints.
- Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business/operational acumen.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information.
- Highly independent, intuitive and autonomous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Culturally aware and able to form cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
