We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Specialist, Distribution Sales Support (Recruitment).**

**Principal Responsibilities**

Performance Management
- Deliver timely and accurate management and production reports and dashboards
- Preparation of campaign performance management trackers and final reports
- Maintain efficacy of existing performance management tools
- Support Distribution Channels’ data needs

Compensation Management
- Support compensation management such as conducting reasonableness checks and managing enquiries from distributors
- Support Adhoc requests from distributors including but not limited to requests for employment and income letter
- Support appeal decision-making process through proper fact find
- Support adhoc tasks as and when assigned by manager

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and or Bachelor Degree
- Strong MS Office skills; Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling/ Projections, Macros, Data Visualization) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage

To be successful in the role, you should also have/ be:

- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders of all seniority
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
