The Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) was formed to spearhead co-learning and innovation in healthcare, gearing up the workforce for the changes and evolution of healthcare demands. In establishing a future ready workforce, we are guided by three key thrusts: Promoting a culture of innovation by creating thought leadership; achieve better health and healthcare by enabling workforce transformation; and catalyse value-based outcomes by effecting systems-level change. Enabling our strategic thrusts are a closely-connected ecosystem of strategic innovation partners, as well as innovation programmes and funding that enable projects for healthcare redesign.

Aligned with CHI’s key thrusts in driving innovation, the Grants and Innovation unit focuses on seeding innovation, building a healthy ecosystem and strengthening the culture of innovation.

**The Opportunities**

Your key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and convene a high-level judging panel tasked to identify, evaluate and select project proposals that demonstrate high potential for impact, innovation and improvement in healthcare
- Manage post award activities including but not limited to organisation of award ceremony, video production of awarding projects as well as administration and monitoring of a seed funding grant
- Forge and maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, industry leaders and funders to foster greater culture of innovation in the healthcare ecosystem
- Prepare and provide timely updates to CHI senior management and funders

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in grants administration
- Passionate about healthcare innovation, improvement and/or productivity initiatives
- Experience in designing, planning and executing programmes and projects with successful delivery of outcomes
- Possesses meticulousness and attention to detail to ensure accurate review of project, budgets, expenditure reports and documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good people management skills with strong written and communications skills
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare is preferred
