**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure smooth in-bound and out-bound processes, from receipt, storage, retrieval to timely dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure customers queries and complaints are addressed in a timely manner
- Attend monthly KPI meeting, maintain good relationship with customers to fulfil requirements and upkeep customers KPIs
- Resolve both internal and external operational issues as & when required
- Escalate unresolved issues that require managerial attention
- Execute 5S practices in warehouse and support productivity enhancements for CL Operations
- Manage operational cost through cost-effective supplies of materials and prevent excessive or unnecessary operations wastage
- Manage staff deployment and follow up on work progression and completion
- Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
- Manage the MHE and liaise with supplier for preventive maintenance
- Coach and guide junior team members to ensure alignment and development
- Observe and abide by the Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities outline in the QEHS Manual

**Job Requirements**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience relevant experience in warehousing operations

Post secondary education or equivalent
Good knowledge of Warehouse Operations & Administration
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management system is preferable
- Possess Forklift License
- Other operator license or experience may be required for certain warehouse programmes
- Good Safety Awareness
- Good skill in operating equipment

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
