Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2800 to $3200
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am-6.15pm)
  • Working Location: Tuas View Lane (Company transport provided at Jurong East)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives / Executives / Senior Supervisor / Supervisor in running the warehouse daily activities and customer related to achieve all the KPI targets
  2. Lead and supervise the activities of the staff
  3. Ensure staff comply with work procedures
  4. Enforce warehouse safety are being adhered by the ground staffs
  5. In-charge of reporting of any accidents, incidents or damages in the warehouse to Executive and above to ensure QEHS requirement are being adhered to
  6. Assist Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives / Executives / Senior Supervisor / Supervisor in root cause investigation and closure of NCRs / CAPAs / Customer complaints / audit actions
  7. To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Assist Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives / Executives / Quality Executives / Senior Supervisor / Supervisor
  8. Responsible for day-to-day transactions and operations in the warehouse and perform 5S all times
  9. Ensure all outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner
  10. Oversee the process of packing of dangerous goods shipments
  11. Declaration of dangerous good shipments if certified
  12. Take charge of spare parts project
  13. Coordinate and liaise with customers/forwarders for operational issues such as inventory availability, order status, shipping instructions and any special customer request
  14. Perform data entry for the warehouse operations and generating all the necessary documents required for the operations
  15. Filling of all document and administrative support for the warehouse
  16. Assist Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager / Manager for the compilation and submission of Reports
  17. Attend to customer's enquiries and reply to all email correspondence
  18. Proper hand-over of the outstanding task and responsibilities to the back-up personnel if on annual, medical leave or non-pay leave
