Minimum 3 ans
- Diploma/Degree in supply chain/logistics
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in warehouse as supervisory position
- SAP/WMS skill and computer literacy are required.
- Knowledge of Lean management will be an advantage.
- Possess good supervising skills & a good team player. Good interpersonal communications and sound people management

**Activités**

**The incumbent in leading his team to**:
**HSEQ**
- Supervise the team to adhere to HSEQ rules and guidelines at the shop floor of warehouse activities.
- Support in SMT/PATRON programs.
- Conduct the toolbox meeting.
- Quality inspection and control the quality of packaging materials.
- Maintain, upkeep, regularly review & updates of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IAFT16949 system and documentation.
- Report and investigate the deviation and incident timely and accurately. Conduct preliminary investigation of customer complaints, NCP, resample, process deviation, HSE incident if applicable.
- **Warehouse Operations**
- Lead the team to carry out warehouse activities, inventory management, cycle count, stock take according to the company policy and procedures.
- Perform manpower/OT planning and daily manpower deployment to meet warehouse operation requirement.
- Attend daily production meeting and coordinate with production, purchasing, planning, lab, logistics and other relevant parties to achieve smooth end to end operations.
- Supervise and monitor the team in compliance with all system rules and procedures, and 5S/housekeeping requirement.
- Daily receive and issue the empty drums to filling line via automatic empty drum storage system.
- Daily receiving and issuing of packed additives. labels and empty packaging material to filling production.
- Daily receiving and issuing of packed finished product for stuffing and transferring to external warehouse or shipping to customers
- Perform SAP/WMS transaction according to stock management rules and procedures.
- Raise purchasing request for stationary, uniform, spill kit items, and other production supplies.
- Plan and organize weekly cycle count according to cycle count plan and submit the reconciliation report in time.
- Provide adequate support and training and ensure effective communication to the team.
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment/process trouble shooting, maintenance and project work in compliance with PTW procedure.
- Participate and support any Operational Excellent / Lean Management and other continuous improvement project.
- Revised, Update all related WI/SOP are up to date and available at all time.
- Ensure shift handover is carried in a efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standard in warehouse at all times.
- In charge of production waste disposal and used drum/carton resale. Perform reverse logistics of empty pallets from 3rd party warehouses.
- **People Management**
- Maintain high level of motivation and team spirit through effective communication, fair work allocation and constant engagement with team members and co-workers accomplishing company targets and objectives.

- Conduct the performance review and annual appraisal to the team.
