Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Working Schedule : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alt sat 9am-1pm

Location : Tuas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, check, retrieve, load, unload, repack, and palletize import and export cargo, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform physical inventory counts, and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) and ensure their proper maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party warehouses for inventory transfers and deliveries.
  • Lift goods weighing 15-20kg when required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in spare parts warehouse operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Forklift certificate (preferred).
  • Class 3 license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
