TriCab Group is a well-established Australian cable manufacturer with a global presence since 1978. We have opened a new warehouse in Tuas, and we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen

This isn't just another warehouse role — you'll be the go-to person keeping our operations running smoothly, from shipments and stock to safety and systems. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and have the chance to shape processes from the ground up.

What you will be doing

  • Running the day-to-day warehouse operations — inbound freight, outbound deliveries, and stock takes.
  • Overseeing our printing machine and making sure everything is safe, efficient, and compliant.
  • Keeping stock under control with regular physical counts and accurate records.
  • Setting up the warehouse with the 5S method (a place for everything and everything in its place).
  • Preparing shipping docs like invoices, packing lists, COO, Form D, and Form E.
  • Coordinating with logistics partners to get deliveries out on time.
  • Keeping health & safety at the top of the agenda.
  • Tracking KPIs and helping us improve every day.

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations.
  • A valid forklift license (must-have).
  • Knowledge of logistics/import/export processes.
  • Confident with computers and documentation.
  • Strong time management skills — able to juggle tasks and stay cool under pressure.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and great communication skills.
