**Job Summary**

**Allied Container Group** is a leading container haulage operator and yard operator founded in Singapore in 1975. We are dedicated in using technology to improve the lives of small businesses and consumers in the logistics sector.

In 2006, we established **Winspec Group**, a sister company of Allied, that is a freight forwarding and logistics provider company. We offer warehouse and distribution services to our customers. We are also the sole distributor for ENOC marine lubricant.

As part of the team, we are looking for **Warehouse Assistant** to work in our warehouse.

- Manage all the incoming and outgoing shipment documentations.
- Prepare outgoing shipment as per schedule.
- Inspect the stocks and reports any damaged products.
- Maintains warehouse inventory stocks as well as shipment records.
- Records all the stock received using in-house warehouse system.
- Liaise with Customers/CS when required.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

**Job Requirements**
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC/A Level/Diploma, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working as a Warehouse Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or a similar role in the Logistics Department.
- Tech savvy - basic knowledge with Microsoft Office, and open to learn new software/system.
- Ability to operate Forklift (optional)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service abilities
- Great counting skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Quick decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- WSQ Operate Forklift (required)
