**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comply with legal, customs & industry certifications/standards requirements on local, licensed warehousing, material handling, shipping requirements & all safety aspects. Study existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Manage warehouse operations few core teams of staffs like forklift driver,Admin Clerk; and records keeping. Ensure that receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations are well coordinated and progressed as planned
- Interface with the customer’s key leaders and internal departments to plan workflow, react to changes, drive improvement programs and resolve issues
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts when applicable; reconciling with data storage system
- Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing dutiable shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely
- Key in cycle count details into company system and prepare accurate reports for Operations Executive
- Possess knowledge in WMS and Bonded permit declaration will be a plus point

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE O levels
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in licensed warehousing, inventory management, customs formalities
- Preferably Chinese speaking due to sometimes need to communicate with China agents and Chinese speaking clients.
