Warehouse Senior Associate

GCF Grade Level: 4

Site: Amgen Singapore Manufacturing (ASM)

Role Description:
Amgen Singapore Manufacturing is looking for energetic staff members to fill the Warehouse senior Associate positions in Amgen’s Singapore facility. Under general supervision, the personnel will support the followings:

- Planning and scheduling of day to day operational activities and longer term inbound and outbound activities.
- Lead and/or train the operational team and oversee activities to ensure compliance to written procedures and to local/ company regulations.
- Execute warehouse business operations such as updating dashboards, metrics, inventory management, audit readiness.
- Support Deviations, Change Control and Quality Risk Assessment activities such as hosting triages and providing Subject Matter Expert input.
- Project manage warehouse initiatives to deliver new capabilities in line to tactical operations, continuous improvement in warehouse operations and cost savings
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user manual, periodic review reports and qualification protocol to support Warehouse operations.
- Engage network SMEs to adopt best practices for the warehouse operations.

Education / Licenses
- Relevant degree or Polytechnic diploma with 5 years experience

Competencies / Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 2 year of experience in a regulated environment.
- Experience with SAP, TrackWise, Rapid Response, documentation systems like CDOCs.
- Project Management experience
- Ability to identify and articulate problem statements.
- Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, written procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate documentation/data according to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional setting.
- Ability to organize work, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Technical writing capabilities, proficient presentation and facilitation skills
- Detail oriented as well as flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to perform computer/system operations, such as ability to navigate in MS Office and complete Computer Based Training (CBT)
- Ability and willingness to occasionally work across different timezones/ outside of office hours to engage network expertise or to work on multi-site projects.
