**Responsibilities**:

- Tasked to lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse, coordinators and associates in daily warehouse operations towards becoming a high-performing team
- Ensure consistent meeting of delivery of high service level to our client’s regional logistics operations
- Plan and monitor efficient utilization of resources to meet customers’ demands and business objectives
- To acts as Point-of Escalation for operational issues and client’s requests, and to continuously seek improvements towards operational excellence
- Ensure full compliance on all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and regulations and maintain high safety standard and good housekeeping
- Ensure on-time reporting of Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs performance and other monthly financial reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Experience in leading a team
