**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
- Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety aspects.
- Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
- Manage material handling and customer service/records keeping.
- Interface with customers and internal departments to plan workflow, react to changes, drive improvement programs, and resolve issues.
- Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.
- Inspect equipment, plan and implement new layouts and maintenance of warehouse.
- Prepare annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff.

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
