Account Executive- Mid-market Sales

We are looking for Account Executives - Mid Market to join our extraordinary Sales team and help us drive the market amongst our growing customer base in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Greater China. Right now, companies across every size and vertical are focused on improving uptime & performance to ensure a phenomenal customer experience, gaining greater scale and efficiency through projects like cloud adoption/migration, and accelerating time to market through speed and agility by embracing DevOps practices. **What you'll do**:
You will have a track record of sales quota over-achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of your outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You will navigate through organisations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the “C Suite”.
**This role requires**:
- Continuous and proven track record of success in solution or SaaS selling
- High energy and well-developed business sense
- Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills
- Deep and creative sales hunter skills
- Strong ambition combined with growth mindset and continuous learning DNA
- Fluency in business Cantonese, Mandarin and English
**Bonus points if you have**:
- Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling Observability, DevOps, or related Cloud software
- Familiarity with hyperscalars and microservices
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and SRE practices

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document). Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

**Estimated On-Target Earnings Range**
- $164,000 - $204,000 SGD
