Your Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Head of HR Asia in HR administrative and operations matters.
- Manage new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and offboarding process
- Coordinate the in-house and external training programs
- Manage the training admin relating to regulatory requirements
- Assist with benefits administration and employees' enquiries
- Manage student internship/graduate program
- Assist in statistical surveys by government institutions and statutory boards
- Ensures compliance with employment policies, company policies and SOPs
- Provide support on HR administrative duties including arranging of interviews, preparing of letters and maintaining of p-files
- Prepare presentation materials for department presentation.
- Support and implement other related projects as needed

Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Diploma holder with relevant years of experience are welcome to apply)
- 3-5 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources; prior HR experience in the Financial Institution sector is a plus
- Disciplined in performing job, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
