Assistant Manager, Admissions, Projects and

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for an Assistant Manager who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.
Admissions:
- Work with the Admissions team to plan, organize and implement the Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions interviews)
- Liaise with Cambridge Assessment on BMAT matters
- Assist in managing the offer and acceptance numbers to meet KPIs
- Participate in LKCMedicine outreach events
Scholarly Projects
- Secretariat support to the Scholarly Projects Committee
- Administer the annual call for projects and manage the allocation of projects to students
- Support the approval of results process
Student Research Immersion Programme
- Administer the annual call for research papers and allocation of projects to student teams
- Support student completion of the projects
Policies, Systems and Procedures
- Keep up to date with Scholarly Project and SRIP requirements
- Initiate the digitalisation of work processes
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures within job scope
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in Business Management or other relevant discipline, with at least 5 years relevant experience in education administration.
- Passion and experience in running large scale assessment/admissions interviews.
- A positive attitude and the ability to flex between different portfolios are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Excellent quantitative analysis using Microsoft excel.
- A confident speaker who writes fluently.
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
