Senior Executive, Admissions, Projects and

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) has a newly created position for a Senior Executive to support the Admissions, Projects and Electives team.
Admissions:
- Work as a team to plan, organise and implement the Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions interviews)- Assist in managing the offer and acceptance numbers to meet admissions target- Participate in LKCMedicine outreach events
Electives- Manage administration of outgoing student elective programmes- Support Elective leads in facilitating overseas placement for students
Student-Researcher Immersion Programme (SRIP)- Administer the annual call for research papers and allocation of projects to student teams- Support student completion of the projects
Policies, Systems and Procedures- Knowledgeable on NTU and LKCMedicine student travel policies- Support the digitalisation of work processes
Administration- Assist in LKCMedicine events as rostered- Other department level administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.-
- Experience with data management- Resilient, meticulous and analytical- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
