To reconcile daily transactions.
- Preparing general journal.
- To reconcile monthly transactions.
- Prepare B/S and P&L for review (full set of accounts).
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Reconcile annual transactions.
- Prepare &/review invoices for billing and payment requisition
- Review invoices for payments.
- Preparing sale invoice &/credit note.
- Verify purchase orders.
- Handling Accounts Receivables and monitor debtor ageing list.
- Preparing bank reconciliations.
- Month-end closing for financial reporting purposes.
- Handling invoicing and cheque payments.
- Prepare report for status of bank outstanding, interest rates, unutilized limits, etc.
- Handling audit confirmation with banks.
- GST matters including computation of GST returns
- Handling online payment
- Any other matters, where necessary
- To assist with tax audit, where necessary
- To ensure the maintenance of the office documents with a proper and orderly filing system in place.

To assist in any other adhoc duties that may be assigned to you, from time to time, by the Company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
