Customer Success Associate

The Adventus Customer Success team is responsible for the retention, growth, and satisfaction of our customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Associate:
- Is fanatical with customer satisfaction
- Is the single point of contact for about 10 to 30 corporate customers in respect of service delivery across 9 business units.
- Works closely with the representatives of business units and support departments to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure successful partnerships with Adventus.
- Monitors and ensures Service Level Agreements are met.
- Prioritizes, and follows up on issues raised by the customer in a timely manner.
- Conducts service reviews with customers supported by relevant reports, trend analysis and statistics to pro-actively support and optimize the customer’s ICT environment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- Credible, reliable, and with Integrity. These are non-negotiables for building trust between Adventus and our customers.
- Self-motivated and pro-active in resolving issues raised by the customer.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both written and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pride in delivering excellent work, with the ability to thrive under a high paced environment
- 2-4 years of experience in a stakeholder engagement

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
