Key Responsibilities: 1. Regional Accounting Operations - Manage daily accounting activities for APAC entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. - Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and comply with group accounting policies and local regulations. - Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlement processes across the region. 2. Month-End Closing & Reporting - Lead and coordinate month-end closing activities for APAC entities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses. - Support management reporting, and regional financial reviews. 3. Financial & Data Analysis - Conduct country-level profitability, cost, and variance analyses. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across APAC. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. - Serve as a business partner to the Sales & Marketing function, providing comprehensive support for APAC regional expense input-output analysis and dynamic performance evaluation. 4. Tax & Audit Compliance - Coordinate with tax agents and auditors across APAC to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements. - Prepare and submit GST/VAT, corporate tax filings, and other statutory submissions. - Support annual audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed. 6. Systems & Process Improvement - Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives. **Qualifications** Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. - Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment. - Minimum 3 years of practical SAP experience required. - Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) preferred. - Experience in managing accounting operations for multiple APAC countries is an advantage. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and handle cross-border responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
