Apac Inside Sales Manager

Supervises and directs inside sales staff which would include employee hiring, training, evaluations and discipline
- Demonstrates and coaches for effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
- Maintains and develops strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the sales funnel management for Inside Sales in the region
- Completes funnel management leadership training and coaches the team using the tool.
- Supports development of and acts as mentor to Inside Sales Team, setting the example of success.
- Assists in designing new processes to optimize team efficiency and performance.
- Sets priorities for IS team to support the priorities and goals of the region.
- Participates in kaizens, workshops, and projects as Inside Sales representation.
- Exemplifies collaborative relationships cross functionally.
- Participates in sales activities including tradeshows, customer field visits with field sales representatives, regional or global sales meeting.
- Further develops technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and applies it to the team’s selling activities.
- Sets specific goals for each staff member in accordance to regional sales strategy
- Monitors and analyzes performance of inside sales staff members and territories
- Assess sales practices to create improvement
- Presents monthly activity and performance updates to the region and other stakeholders
- Participates in training and ongoing staff meetings
- Analyzes market dynamics in order to develop adequate short-, mid
- and long-term strategy
- Supports the achievement of sales targets regionally
- Demonstrates and upholds behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to customers and other business associates
- Prospects new customers to understand customer research needs, establish relationship and promote solutions.
- Maintains and expands CRM database of prospects with assigned territories.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standard work.
- Participates in training and ongoing staff meetings.
- Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
