**Role Profile**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Head of Marketing - APAC** to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness across the APAC region. This role will be instrumental in generating qualified leads, driving sales pipeline, building strong customer relationships, and establishing Lloyd’s List Intelligence as a leader in the industry within the diverse APAC market.
This is a full-time permanent role working collaboratively with senior leadership based in APAC and the global marketing team.
This role is balanced working model between home and in our modern and centrally located Singapore office with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the APAC region, considering local market nuances and cultural differences.
- Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.
- Gather competitive analysis and industry trends to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and refine marketing strategies.
- Develop compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value proposition of our products/services.
- Manage marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with the central marketing team based out of London to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and leverage on the global team. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly within the APAC region, and identify opportunities for innovation.
**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of the APAC business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
**Desirable**
- Proficiency in an additional language
- Previous experience in a fast-paced digital SaaS subscription business and/or at a start-up.
- Previous experience working in a PE backed business
- A degree in any discipline (Business related or marketing degree’s preferable)
- Certified education in the latest Marketing tech and tools
