We are looking for a Head of IT Asia to manage our IT activities across Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. As Regional Head you will be responsible for:

- The technical landscape of Rabobank across Asia by supporting our Infrastructure, Workplace Technology, Security and Help Desk services.
- The coordination between Asia and various global technology functions: Engineering & Enterprise Tech (E&E Tech), Wholesale & Rural Tech (W&R Tech), IT Architecture, Client Product Owners (CPO). Including incident management.
- Establishing and maintaining a solid IT governance culture in line with internal and external rules and regulations
- Coordinating and managing the relationship with key stakeholders - local, regional and global
- Representing IT Asia in relevant committees and projects - local, regional and global
- Controlling the costs of IT related activities across the region
- Managing the regional IT teams on a daily basis, promoting an agile mindset and continuous learning & upskilling

As Head of IT Asia you will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore and report directly to the COO Asia.

You should be able to work independently and pro-actively. You must be a coach-mentor-manager, a team player, persuasive, persistent and have an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for embedding and maintaining an efficient and effective IT function within the COO Asia domain.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree in Information Technology (e.g. Masters, PhD) or equivalent experience
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in banking or related (regulated) industries
- Proven affinity and experience with Information Technology, preferably in a banking environment
- Management experience (multi-cultural teams)
- Proficient in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), and preferably also in Cantonese, Mandarin
