**What you’ll do**:

- Lead business operations to support sustainable growth across business units and countries
- Support C-leadership in making decisions for operational activities and setting strategic short term and long term goals
- Develop and implement innovative and metric-driven processes and projects to achieve operational efficiencies within Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Client Success, Customer Service, etc
- Construct and execute policies in multiple offices by working with key functional stakeholders across the region
- Build internal systems and tools that seamlessly connect different parts of the organization into a self-sustaining ecosystem
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of standard operating procedures (SOPs) before making recommendations and eventually actioning upon them to create positive change
- Conduct regular meetings and retrospective sessions to understand and adapt to the strengths and weaknesses of various teams around the world
- Driving operational excellence in all aspects of the business

**What you’ll need**:

- Minimum of 10 years of operational management experience, preferably in the E-commerce or Consumer Tech industry, with at least 5 years of people management experience
- Regional market expansion or start-up experience is a strong plus
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build a winning team aligned with our great culture and values
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Robust organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent fluency in English, and the ability to speak in other Asian languages is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Able to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
