This Head of Operations (HOO) will lead the setup of operational workflows in line with various requirements from relevant authorities such as MAS and SGX. After the business launch, the incumbent will oversee all operations except for IT and Marketing Department. The incumbent is responsible for the strategic goals and formulating plans to make sure such goals are met for the overall success of the departments.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Direct operational strategies, plans, policies, and guidelines for the company to achieve the operational objectives, implement efficiencies over time, and ensure expenditures achieve optimum value to the company.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
- Supervise and manage deliverables and timely implementation of each initiative.
- Project management and development of strategic operating business plans, including but not limited to outsourcing some functionalities outside the company.
- Provide leadership and motivation to all employees.
- Develop reporting tools to monitor ongoing performance of company.
- Establish relationships with industry and marketing experts.
- Ensure company policies and guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

**Qualifications**
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as managing director or related title in industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or related field.
- Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends, clearly and confidently.
- Familiar with corporate and management best practices.
- Strong knowledge of company, business, brand, and product; understanding of the company and its position in the market/industry.
- Encouraging to team and employees; able to mentor and lead.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

**Salary**: Up to $15,000.00 per month
