Shape the Future of Omnichannel Advertising in the APAC Region

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for digital innovation and a knack for building strong client relationships? At Locala, we’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore and help us achieve ambitious revenue targets in Singapore and across the APAC region.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of APAC, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business, delivering cutting-edge Omnichannel advertising solutions, and expanding our footprint in this thriving market.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Sell innovative and revolutionary location-based Omnichannel advertising campaigns to leading agency groups and direct clients in Singapore and the APAC region.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and decision-makers across the region to drive long-term partnerships.
- Leverage Success: Expand on successful campaigns already established across Asia and beyond, showcasing proven results to prospective clients.
- Strategize for Success: Develop and execute tailored approaches to engage target clients and agencies, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Grow the Portfolio: Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a robust client base within your agency network.
- Customize Solutions: Create, present, and sell partnership packages that align with client briefs and Locala’s unique offerings.
- Expand Networks: Represent Locala at industry trade shows, sales meetings, and seminars to promote our solutions and build valuable connections.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently deliver on quarterly sales revenue targets, backed by accurate forecasting and transparent communication.

What You Bring
- Proven Expertise: 3-6 years of experience in digital sales, with established relationships across major agency in Singapore and the region.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of programmatic and online media sales; experience in mobile and pDOOH advertising technology is a plus.
- Sales Savvy: Demonstrated success in generating new business streams and upselling existing clients.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Innovative Problem-Solver: Proactive, tenacious, and solution-oriented, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a focus on achieving both individual and team targets.
