Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Sea Freight) - Hunter to join their team

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build key relationships, and drive business growth in the fast-paced logistics industry. You'll be at the forefront of securing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop Sales Strategies - Create and implement strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
  • Build Relationships - Foster strong connections with key accounts and client personnel to secure business.
  • Organize Reviews - Conduct regular reviews with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Meet Targets - Achieve personal sales targets and team KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence - Perform market and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
  • Review Performance - Analyze sales performance and strategize corrective actions if needed.
  • Ad-hoc Duties - Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education - Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience - Minimum of 5 years of Sales Hunting experience in Sea Freight, preferably in logistics.
  • Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality.
  • Drive - Highly sales-driven to achieve set targets.
