Personal Assistant to Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Administrative Support:_
- Manage the Sales calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- 2. Communication Management:_
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and team members.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication, responding appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
- 3. Sales Support:_
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales activity.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
