**Where do you come into the picture?**

Nium has Send, Spend and Receive core capabilities with compelling set of technology and licensing infrastructure, and has brought these capabilities together, infusing additional value-added services and offering a unified, integrated Nium One platform to its clients.

The Nium One platform is organized in terms of product lines such as Payout, Payin, FX and **Cards Issuing**. You will join the **Cards Issuing Product Team** as a Technical Product Manager.

You will work alongside the Cards Issuing Product Management Team and Engineering Team, and other teams to strengthen the core of the Cards Issuing components. You will work to add new features and improve existing features of the Cards Issuing end-to-end from the client facing touchpoints to the deep end of the issuing processing layers.
- Product management is about product discovery and product delivery. You will fall in love with the problem, more than the solution. You will not only be good at thinking about solution but also ensure the problem is real and is one that will make a difference to real customers and Nium.
- You will write product specification, epics/user stories to help make the changes as an Individual Contributor. You will work with product/tech teams to share requirements, coordinate at detailed level to develop features and deliver high quality cards issuing/processing platform.
- You will work closely with Product Management teams to align product roadmaps with cross-product strategies/market offerings and validate early product definitions with customers.
- Fix gaps in Cards Issuing by actively identifying features or functionality that a successful card issuing/issuing processing platform needs to have.
- Collaborate and work with various internal departments and external vendors in the launch and implementation of the issuing processing platform for specific clients in the specific markets and regions. This involves working with the technical teams for roadmap, feature, and release management.

- Technical level designs and algorithms to satisfy the feature requirements
- Working with clients to define business requirements from the high level down to the detailed levels.
- Work with the engineering teams to review the solution and technical designs with an understanding on how the solution impacts the overall platform architecture and delivers the desired business outcome.
- Some platform features require development of new APIs for which field level designs are required.
- Collaborate and work closely with our external processing partners and vendors in the launch and implementation of the processing platform for all Nium markets and regions.
- This involves working with internal and external teams to identify the market specific functional and feature requirements as well as compliance and regulatory requirements
- Work with our processing partners to ensure the card processor’s platform have features that are needed for the specific markets in question and where there are gaps to draft up the solution in conjunction with our partners and have that delivered in a timely manner
- Work with our processing partners to complete the required Visa & Mastercard scheme certifications for each country and region where Nium launches cards & issuing services
- Work with our processing partners and the scheme on technical certification for mobile payments and tokenization (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
