**Role Description**:
**Product Strategy and Vision**:

- Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our objectives.
- Identify and articulate user needs in relation to our strategic goals.

**Product Development**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritise product features and create detailed product plans and timelines.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Communicate product updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical guidance and support to the product team.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Ensure the product meets high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular product performance reports to management.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimisations.

**User Focus**:

- Ensure the product provides a seamless and valuable user experience.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product features and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a startup environment or in scaling products.
- Background in software development or engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI, machine learning, or other emerging tech trends.
